  • Brooke specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, couples counseling, and family life stressors. Brooke received a Masters of Arts in Counseling (Marriage, Family, and Couples specialization) from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing a 3 year graduate-level education, as well as completing an additional 4 year anxiety treatment center internship and clinical practice. This extensive 6 plus years of education and training (1 year overlap of grad school and internship) equips Brooke to diagnose, evaluate, and treat a full scope of mental health conditions. Brooke has 15 years of experience utilizing Therapeutic Lifestyle Change interventions as a personal trainer and nutrition coach as well. Brooke takes a positive and affirming approach to all identities and relationships.

Brooke is a multiculturally-competent counselor and counsels largely from a humanistic perspective. She treats individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children.
